Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. Payment must be completed through the available payment method before an order is processed.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests can be made before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns, Replacement & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective or incorrect products. Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery by WhatsApp or email, with clear photos or a video of the issue.

After verification, Kiromi Bags may provide a replacement or refund depending on the case. Used products, products damaged after delivery, or products returned without original packaging will not be accepted.

Custom & Bulk Orders

Customised, logo-printed and bulk orders are not eligible for return, exchange or refund, except in case of a verified manufacturing defect.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on product availability, delivery location and courier service. Kiromi Bags is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Product Information

We make every effort to show product photos and colours accurately. Small colour differences may occur because of mobile or computer screen settings.
